Day #1 in summary –
Yay for branflakes – once with milk for breakfast & once as a snack.
Good looking / bad tasting bread with peanut butter for lunch.
Bean chilli & homemade tortillas – alright & filling, lacking in salad.
Still full, already fed up of white flour carbs & missing alternative drink options, and fresh salad, fruit or vegetables.
Day #1 activities included –
Bread baking, running, listening to interesting lectures, Skyping awesome people, more bread making, cooking, hanging out with housemates… today is work!
